Coriander’s cooking Masterclasses are back for a limited time by popular demand. We’ll be running classes at Coriander’s St Asaph Street and Coriander’s Rolleston over the next couple of months and our chefs are very excited to be spreading the Indian cuisine love once again.

Price: $50 for adults and $25 for children.

Sunday 7 November – Chicken Jalfrezee: Our super popular dish is back on the masterclass menu. Diced chicken cooked with capsicum, herbs and spices, coconut milk and tomatoes.

Sunday 14 November – Lamb Saag: Tender pieces of lamb cooked in a spinach gravy with fresh tomatoes, herbs and spices, finished with cream.

Sunday 21 November – Vegan Butter Chicken: The Coriander’s chefs are sharing our signature secret vegan recipe.

Sunday 28 November – Meat Bhuna Masala: Lamb chunks stir fried dry with onion, ginger, garlic, herbs and spices, crushed tomatoes, fresh coriander and curry masala.

Sunday 5 December – Bombay Chicken: A must-try dish from Mumbai, the cultural hub of India and home of Bollywood.

Sunday 12 December – Murg Akbari: Chunks of chicken cooked in a mild creamy sauce, then finished with vegetable gravy and egg.

Sunday 19 December – Vegetarian Indian Cooking: Learn the arts of cooking fragrant dishes with vegetables, from true masters of vegetarian Indian cuisine.
