Tirtha started his career in 2009 as a chef in Nepal, working in different restaurants including the famous Diyalo Foodland and moving up the star levels.

He is a master of mouth-watering entrées and appetisers, and his personal technique is to cook starters with a smoked tandoori flavour to obtain that signature aromatic and earthy flavour. Tirtha is the tandoor head chef at Coriander’s St Asaph Street, and it’s a great all-rounder chef away from the tandoor as well – he has international cooking expertise and is always experimenting to create new dishes with an Indian theme.
