    Pankaj obtained no formal culinary training in any school. The knowledge he acquired pertaining to Indian food was by doing work in numerous hotels in India. Pankaj began 12 years back being a commi chef and in a truly short time, with his love and passion for Indian curries, he became a line cook after, then a sous chef and lastly a chef de cuisine. With his creativity that goes into every dish he prepares; he goes beyond expectations to provide the most delicious Curries to his guests.

    “Indian food is all about spices and flavors,” says Chef Dhirender. He has developed a passion for Indian flavors at an incredibly young age when he learnt culinary art at FCI, an institute in Dehradun. Every dish he creates, incorporates the Indian background and culture, care for the environment, and the confidence of his culinary training.

  • Uttam Singh

    Head chef / Chef de Cuisine

    He is renowned for his intense character, and his unusual skill for food that makes him stand out from the others. With an experience of over 28 years in Indian food and hospitality industry, Uttam has served various restaurants across the world including Traditional Indian Restaurants in Germany and Spain and is continuing to show his skills and talent here at Corianders.
