Coriander’s has been catering to hearty Southern appetites since 2006. Our customers love the flavours that come from the quality ingredients we use and they also love getting a bit extra in their servings – our takeaway curries are supplied in 650ml containers, not the 500ml containers other restaurants use.

That’s a whole heap of extra deliciousness for you to mop up with one of our tandoor-cooked naan breads or to save for tomorrow’s lunch.

Coriander’s makes a point of sourcing its ingredients from local suppliers, including Trents, Bidfood, Veges Direct, Anchor and Māia Foods. We grind our spices in-house and always opt for the best quality. This and the decades of experience of our chefs mean our customers can rely on us to provide them with their favourite flavours at any of our five restaurants, dine in or takeaway.

Keeping those flavours and quality consistent comes from our rigorous standards. All our chefs are trained for at least six months before they are left on their own to make our curries.
